The Yellow Pixel Designs site and all content are copyrighted to the respective owners/artists and are not available for you to copy, reproduce, quote or otherwise use without express permission from the authors/artists or unless otherwise stated.Using material from YPD without first seeking permission from the author is illegal and is stealing; all copyright laws do apply online and apply both here and anywhere else my work may be published. I take copyright issues very seriously.
Privacy and Services
YPD offers some services which require information from you. Privacy is taken VERY seriously and the following is what you need to know when providing information.You need to know
• Your information is only used for the purpose it was given and to contact you about your services and experience with YPD. We do not spam and we do not give out or unlawfully use information.• Your information is NEVER given, sold or revealed to ANY 3rd party.
• Any payments are done strictly through Paypal.
• You are NEVER asked for financial or other sensitive identity information from YPD.
• Some services require access to website related accounts (i.e. Hosting, Domain Name, Blog etc.) YPD takes your privacy and security very seriously and your information is never shared, stored or used for anything other than the purpose intended by you upon granting access. I encourage you for added security to change your password temporarily while it is in use by YPD and change it back once the job is finalized. Further details of this exchange are discussed in the contract you will sign with YPD.
